Do not expect to be seen for regular care by a doctor if you are not perfectly healthy and an established patient of one of the current doctor. My 12 year old son was refused care for a simple physical because his permanent address is in Missoula. He is in Great Falls for part of the summer with his biological father. Nursing staff actually lied about contacting his doctor in Missoula - appalling experience.
Staff was absolutely wonderful; I have zero complaints about them. The doctor that I saw was completely out of line. I have never had worse treatment in my entire life. Doctor did not introduce himself when he came into the room, but began off with, "I don't know what you want me to do for you." Did not once try to explain symptoms or offer a future referral for medical needs. He just kept repeating that it was, "not important right now." At one point, asking three times before he would let me speak, if I was pregnant if I would be terminating the baby because that would be the only urgency for an ultrasound to be done. Without me ever at all mentioning any research I have done on my part said, "so your Google search told you that you needed to seek medical care." Completely rude and unprofessional medical care. Absolutely humiliated and belittled.
All of the staff was friendly, courteous & professional. Much better experience than a couple years ago. Thank you!
All the staff and Dr. Sweeney were terrific! Normal wait times and nice facility.
Worst experience of my life. Sue the receptionist was rude. She didn't introduce herself. She treated me like I was stupid. I am sick Sue! I am educated and your behavior was poor. When asked about ins I couldn't find my card she was not patient or helpful. She said I had to self pay right then. Then went back and said I wouldn't have to pay until later. I was upset and walked out. Went to Benefis waited over an hour, but was treated with respect. Now I know why there are no patients and they are closing at 3:00.
