I highly recommend Dr. Kluge to all my friends & family. He is very professional, knowledgable & friendly. As other doctors continued to pass me onto next person, when we could not understand what was happening to me; Dr. Kluge did not. Even though he had never heard of or seen my condition before. He dug in to help me find answers & guidance. I am forever grateful & appreciative.
I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Kluge's nurse. She was rude, unorganized, and lacked concern for other peoples time. If you are going to schedule customers for appointments then you should stick to those times. Your office running behind schedule is not my concern, my concern is scheduling apointments for my children around my busy schedule. Getting your patients in on time should be a priority that you provide as a service! I will take my concerns to someone else who has more interest in meeting my needs.
