The worst shopping experiences I have ever had at Walmart. I was looking for very specific items, hard to find someone to help, stopped 2 associates to ask for help and they took me a row over and said"maybe it's here" and left. I then went to customer service where I waited for 10 minutes for one clerk to help 1 customer and watched 5 associates walk in and out of the area with no offer to help. I asked the customer service associate if she knew if you had this item (drawing kit for an art class) she had no idea. Called someone on the phone and then said go stand by the school supplies someone will be with you shortly so I waited by the school supplies for another 10 minutes. I finally called your store phone number and asked if you had this item. I was told that it was in the sewing craft area and transferred my call to that department. No one answered so I walked over there and was finally able to find it. Had I not needed to be out of town by a certain time I would have left my cart full of stuff and left and had I not been directed by the person on the phone to that area I would have left. I will not be back unless hell freezes over. Also strong work on having 4 tellers open on a Saturday afternoon.
New and clean. I like that they've added so much more organic groceries.
So not a big fan of shopping at Walmart, however this one isn't the huge mega store that you get lost in and the staff are friendly, great job on this one
The auto/tire center is ran by a group of people who do not communicate with each other. Scheduled one appointment, no one wrote it down and refused to fit me in. The manager was extremely rude. Second time trying to get in, waited an hour past my appointment time to even see my car get pulled in. Then no one knew where the key was for my lug nuts afterwards. Extremely disorganized.
At the moment, not busy when I've been here. Store is clean. Carts are brand new so they roll really well and are clean. The only cons I would say I have are that the carts seem to pile up really big out in the parking lot, not use to the new layout; it differs from others I've been in. But overall, I prefer this Walmart. It has not been crowded yet when I have been there.
