Don't go to this guy. I paid $1800.00 for new teeth and they are absolutely worthless. I went back for adjustment yesterday and they are much worse then before.
You do not want to give your business to Mark Rittenhouse. He has made himself so busy he does not have time for each patient. He runs from room to room and no longer takes the correct amount of time for each person. I spent $2,000.00 out of my own pocket only to have him put them in my mouth no bite test or anything and said how do they feel I told him they were not quite comfortable and he said wear them for awhile and then let me know. I went back many times and he could never get them to fit right. I had to ask him to do a bite test cause I felt my bite was not correct. He acted upset and huffed went and got me some paper for me to bite down on and he never got them right. I finally gave up after each time going he was always rushed and never got them to fit properly and could have cared less he already had his money. When I told him how unhappy I was he said that I was lucky he let me come back so many times for adjustments. Now I have dentures that sit in a cup and I went to the other denturist in town and got another full set at my expense and he actually took the time to do everything that he was suppose to so now I have dentures that fit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Mark Rittenhouse was very nice. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. He took time to explain things to me and was detailed. He wants me involved in the whole process. And for those complaining that he is busy, he makes the dentures right there in the office so Yea of course he's busy. I like that he makes them there and doesn't send them out.
