They never answer the phone, there's no voice machine to leave messages. If you get there after 11am, you're going to wait at least an hour and half. But that's to be expected.
Called, listened to their menu, pressed the appropriate number to get an operator and it was quickly answered -- AND JUST AS QUICKLY HUNG UP!!!! WTH......
I can not get into the office and I need to get a replacement plate for my son. The sidewalk is torn up and I am in a wheelchair. My sister went in to get them for me, I was waiting in my van and they wouldn't give them to get without a power of attorney. I tried to call the office and was unable to get through without an access code. This is a office that is supposed to serve the residents and to me this is inexcusable. Lois Fairbairn
They NEVER answer a phone when you call. Their automated machine is not updated. They never post a sign or leave a voice message on their automated machine about any closures. They can't even bother to fax items THEY REQUIRE to have and help a disabled veteran to keep current on registration so they can make it to important doctor's office appointments, trying to get specialty treatment facilities, and get their medications. Even the manager i spoke with was rude. I would recomend that if you needed to register for anything, to NOT GO HERE.
I bought my tags online and it took 2 and a half months to get them. They don't answer the phone and have no voicemail to leave a message. I sent them a copy of my online registration and 3 weeks later I got a form letter telling me that I had to come in person to make an address change. I finally contacted one of the county commissioners to get them to act.
